Keith Herman graduated from Assumption College with a degree in Business Management. As a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and Massachusetts Society of Enrolled Agents, Keith is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has a technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS for audits, collections, and appeals.
Keith's other areas of expertise are personal tax returns and setting up corporations. He manages the bookkeeping and payroll services for the firm.
Paul Kenney
Paul Kenney earned a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College and has accumulated over 35-years experience in the accounting profession as the co-founder of Kenney & MacDonald, Inc. Paul has extensive experience providing accounting services to individuals, non-profit, and profit corporations. Paul is highly skilled in all major tax return types, crossing state lines, and offers tax preparation services, tax planning, small business consulting, business start-up advice, and accounting and bookkeeping services.
Craig MacDonald, CPA

Craig received his Masters Degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford and after over 4-years with accounting giants KPMG and Ernst & Young Craig started with the firm in 2009. Craig has experience preparing all types of tax returns, has worked on audits of some of the biggest companies in the world, and has significant experience in IRS representation.
